This is for the coffee snob who knows what they like in a coffee. EpiDrip is an expressive, acidic, floral, and citrusy roast. If this style of coffee is for you, you know who you are. If you classify yourself as more of a "typical" coffee drinker, we recommend going with Flashover or Night shift, which have more conventional flavor profiles.
We roast all our coffee to order in small batches so please be patient, we promise it's worth the wait.
